XtraSMM is an SMM panel providing followers, likes, views, and engagement for platforms including Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Telegram, and Twitter/X.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a binding agreement to use our services.

4. Orders & Payments

Orders are processed after payment confirmation. Ensure your account/URL is public before ordering. Orders with incorrect URLs or private accounts are non-refundable.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are issued to wallet balance for failed or undelivered orders. Wallet balance cannot be withdrawn as cash. Disputes must be raised within 7 days of order completion.

6. Prohibited Use

Do not use XtraSMM to promote illegal content, violate third-party platform ToS, or abuse our ordering system. Violations result in immediate account suspension.

7. Disclaimer

Services are provided "as is." We do not guarantee permanent retention of delivered metrics, as social platforms may remove them due to algorithm changes.

8. Limitation of Liability

XtraSMM is not liable for account bans, data loss, or indirect damages resulting from use of our services. Maximum liability is limited to your last 30-day payments.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of xtrasmm.in constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
